We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and enthusiastic Sales & Tenant Manager!

Sales & Tenant Manager

• Oversee leasing of studios for new beauty professionals.
• Manage property occupancy by maintaining qualified beauty professionals through following up on leads and scheduling and conducting property tours for prospective professionals.
• Negotiate and maintain rental agreements.
• Conduct orientations to the property and salon suite concept.
• Identify and resolve tenant issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure the salons are maintaining a clean and high-end appeal to Professionals and clients on a routine basis.
• Communicates regularly to schedule maintenance and repairs with contractors.
• Negotiate contracts with service providers.
• Coordinate with contractors for new and existing builds.
• Create & Promote social media for 7 Salon Suites

As a Sales & Tenant Manager, you will receive:

Requirements:

• Must be energetic and possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Must thrive in a fast paced and competitive environment

• Must love to sell and love to teach others to sell
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid Driver's License
• College degree preferred; Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year retail supervisory experience
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
• Marketing experience a PLUS!

About 7 Salon Suites

Our beauty professionals have 24/7 access to the salon, so it is sometimes necessary to work before or after usual business hours to accommodate their schedules. The right person for this position is passionate about supporting others success, has a proven ability to communicate, is organized and detail oriented, and can assist in developing effective systems and executing processes!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
